Fairways Tower is located in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. It is next to the Manila Golf and Country Club, at the corner of 5th Avenue and McKinley Parkway.

Bonifacio Global City is a bustling business and lifestyle district in Taguig. Originally a military land base, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) sold the land to a private developer which developed what is now known as BGC.

The two main roads near BGC are EDSA and C-5. Other access points are Kalayaan Avenue, Kalayaan Flyover, McKinley Road, Villamor Airbase and Lawton Avenue.

The Korean and British embassies are also headquartered here.
